  1. Go to the USDM portal
  2. Enter corporate email & password
  3. Approve MFA if required
  4. Access dashboard

Reset Password

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on USDM login
  2. Enter your email
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Create a new strong password

Place 5G Device Order

  1. Go to Products → 5G Devices
  2. Select model & quantity
  3. Choose partner account
  4. Submit for approval
